NOONE CHOOSES EVIL- NAVIGATING ETHICAL CHALLENGE

Ethics is not for the faint of heart, nor is it optional.

Doing the right thing is increasingly difficult. The number of stakeholders impacted by organisational decisions has grown along with complexity, interconnectedness, social awareness, and the possibility of unintended consequences. What if, instead, leaders worked towards building trust between stakeholders through making ethical trade-offs in uncertainty?

But how?

No One Chooses Evil unboxes contemporary ethical decision making, freeing it from the confines of traditional ethics frameworks with insights and guidance from industry leaders on tackling tough choices and fostering values-based conversations. It explores common challenges such as the difficulty in defining the right thing to do and why ethics is a leadership skill not a compliance function.
