To continue the elevation of James’ image as an award-winning development chef, photographer and sustainable living expert, Read-Maxwell ran a comprehensive campaign, with features, interviews and recipe extracts running across UK food and lifestyle magazines as well as national newspapers. Highlights included first extract in Telegraph, followed that week with an appearance on Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch. Features followed in Observer, The Scotsman, DRIFT, The Lady & Monocle.
