After earning his law degree from Manchester, Adam began his professional career as a Barrister and he remains associated with Red Lion Chambers, one of the UK’s largest and most prestigious sets with over 100 barristers including 25 King’s Counsel and 16 Crown Court Recorders. Adam took time out of a legal career to serve as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police, 4 of those years on the covert teams including robbery, gangs and drugs. Adam received several commendations for his work.
His leadership career includes large and small organisations culminating in his role as a Partner in the London office of Heidrick & Struggles where he continues to work with leaders from organisations such as UBS, GSK, Google, Microsoft, Rolls-Royce, Merlin Entertainments, Coca Cola, Tottenham, Hotspur FC and Mastercard to name a few.
